Upload Guidelines

Welcome to the 3DTV community. In order to make this an enjoyable and safe community for everyone, you will need to follow some basic rules when uploading videos or images to the 3DTV site:

What you can't do:


  • Do not submit or upload any content that is private or that contains confidential information.
  • Do not upload any content that is harmful, embarrassing, hateful, or abusive.
  • Do not upload any content that is obscene, profane, vulgar, indecent or offensive. 3DTV is not the place to post sexually-explicit or pornographic videos (even if they feature you).
  • Do not upload violent or explicit videos on 3DTV or upload any content that is explicit or graphic in any way (whether of a sexual or violent nature or otherwise).
  • Do not upload any videos that contain mature content (such as alcohol or tobacco use, etc.) without using appropriate age restrictions.
  • Do not upload any content that shows you or others engaging in illegal activity or that encourages others to break the law.
  • Do not upload any content that violates the legal rights of others. For example, do not upload any content that was created by others or that is owned by others, unless you have their permission. Also, do not upload any content that violates others' privacy rights or rights of publicity.
  • Do not distribute spam, leave repeated messages or post repeated content.

What you can do:


  • Upload content on 3DTV that complies with the rules set forth above and our Terms of Use.
  • Actively participate in the 3DTV community. Post comments, give Props to others' videos, develop the content on your Channel, and work to attain "published" status for your Channel.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are unsure whether a video would violate someone's rights, err on the side of caution and do not post it on 3DTV.
  • Post only content that you are comfortable with becoming publicly available.
  • Help us monitor the 3DTV community. If you believe a video violates the rules set forth above or our Terms of Use, please let us know by flagging the video or photo.
